SetGS seems to no longer work.

So I know it's likely just my mods but is anybody else experiencing issues with using SetGS? I sometimes like to fool around with the full VATS hit chance stuff but that just doesn't work anyway. If anybody knows what mod is doing it from prior experience that'd be appreciated.
