Should I dump NoScript?

Figure I'll ask in case I'm doing something wrong. For security and spam protection, I use container tabs, UBlock and NoScript. Problem is that NoScript blocks everything, to use the web I'm constantly having to white list stuff, this is particularly an issue on my Friendica as blocked Fediverse servers of which there are an ever growing number of cause display problems.

At this point I'm frustrated and wondering if'n there's an easier way to fix this, or if'n I even need to bother with both it and uBlock.
