Does local leadership have any control/say in who is RIF’d?
Who actually makes the decisions on how people are RIF’d? Is it based only on tenure, the individual people, or what?
My management is telling me I won’t be RID’d, but I only have 14 months of service.
Edit: The basis for my question is that I have a few other job offers I can take and jump ship now. Trying to decide if I can stay at EPA with certainty or if it’s not worth the risk.
