Is this cheating?

I’m in a sleeper 12 man league trade deadline has been passed. The guy in 1st place dropped Zay Flowers and Theilen while his best buddy in 10th dropped Tee Higgins. They are playing eachother and the guy in 1st was gonna give the guy in 10th a free win since the guy in 1st already has a huge lead and has a fucking superteam higgins is gonna be on his fucking bench. Commish already fixed the rosters but its causing a huge debate in the group chat so what do yall think?
