Gift from family that I don’t feel like using

For Christmas this year my mom and sister decided to gift me one of those overpriced gaming chairs that have terrible quality and are very uncomfortable. I’ve had an office chair that I paid for in a yard sale 2 years ago, so I guess they thought the new chair would be an improvement to my current chair. Well I finished putting it together and used it for an hour and it’s god awful uncomfortable and I don’t see myself using it for much longer. Last time I told my mom to return a gift that I wouldn’t use much, she called me ungrateful. How should I go about this?
