Learned in therapy emotions is the body..

Soo as the title mentions, I been tryna journal and all that but it was difficult to feel. Learning in therapy understanding I been stuck in freeze. What are some tips that helped you feel more in your body and be more grounded in it? And I would love to hear your ways of releasing emotions and working through difficult emotions. What do you do if it’s art, journaling or whatever the case may be. I just want to learn and get some ideas and explore it myself as someone who wants to feel more and be in my body more. Thanks!
