Trying to convert 3 prong to live and ground

Trying to convert a low voltage amplifier that used to use a 2 prong but I cut it to try and splice it but turned out neither of the cords are color coded so I bought a 3 prong cord

Now how do convert the 3 prong so that I can connect it to the switch that only supports live and ground
