Help! How do you make sure you eat healthy delicious meals??
I have a really difficult time making food consistently but don’t like ordering take out and I don’t love a lot of prepared food from the store. What do you do to make sure you eat?
The entire process of deciding what to make, seeing what I have, making a list, driving to the store, shopping, checking out, putting stuff in the car, bringing it in the house, putting it away, preparing and then cooking and cleaning up after is too much for me. (Now that I type that out I realize how much it really is and I should stop beating myself up). Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
