Need some tips and strategies to beat Neon Valhalla

Oh my god why is this boss so difficult, it heals like 32k per turn, summons weapons and even rams my team and kills NoLegs in the first turn. Most of my team is level 32, all skills upgraded, haven’t activated the portal thing with the 4 orbs in crimson crystal area. Still don’t understand how to inflict freeze
