Mechanic made a mess of installing springs - re-use?

One of my front springs left the chat a couple of weeks ago, so I got both shocks off to put new springs on. The pedal-operated compressor I got from Amazon was absolute tat; I took the shocks and parts to a local mechanic to change everything over.

They made an absolute dog's dick of the job - despite my marking the pads and dampers, the pads aren't seated properly, and the springs aren't in the right place, so the front is now 20mm too high on one side, and 15mm too high on the other.

I've decided to do it myself - good excuse to put new wishbones on - but will the springs or shocks have been deformed from the incorrect placement? I would prefer to re-use everything, if possible.
