Ideas for Covering Up Drill Holes in 14" Tom

I have a 14" Pearl Export tom that appears to have originally been a rack tom, but the previous owner converted it to a floor tom. I removed the leg brackets to change it back to a rack tom, but was wondering if anyone had ideas on how to cover up the drill holes that are left in the shell as I don't like the look of them.
