How can I evaluate my Italian digital product organic business

Im looking to exit my newly created store alongside the tiktok page which generated me 5k in sales in 5 months since the opening, with only organic traffic from info carousels on tiktok, selling AI made e-books.
The conv. rate on the store is 2.7%, which is very good, and that alone I think shows great value, selling more then 100 copies.
Its in the 'psychology' niche, and the idea is expandable with new e-books and/or repeatable on Tiktok with the existing, either way, I proved great potential and I think it has good value.

Looking to exit for needed fundings in other projects and I'd appreciate your comments and how to look the right way for a real estimation.
