High CTR - Low Conversion

Alright so I've got this issue. I'm currently running creatives with decent ctr, plenty of clicks onto the site, large amounts of add to cart, but not much afterwards.

I'm not too sure what could be affecting customer trust and all tips are helpful. Please rip into it and give me all the feedback you can.
