Is endgame fun? What changes would you like?

I started playing Diablo 4, I'm around level 36 and I'm having a lot of fun. I see endgame gameplay where people are just rushing everything, jumping around and blasting absolutely everything and I can't help but feel like that doesn't look fun at all.

Personally, slowing down the gameplay a bit at endgame would seem more enjoyable, but Im not experienced enough to say how they would do that.

How would you guys improve the endgame experience? Or do you like the way it is now?
