Overloaded servers? Anyone else?

I have always had lag issues at waypoints and leaving towns, but now this is totally unplayable, because now it is also any time there is more than 3 monsters at a time that it lags so bad that it is several seconds before I can actually DO anything...am I just on s**try servers, or is anyone else having this sort of issue

I am on PS4 if that makes a difference
