Zoloft withdrawal - insane symptoms
I have been on Zoloft and mirtazapino for 3 years. I definitely needed that back then cause stuff was wack. Mostly physical symptoms I don't really think I had actual depression.
Things have changed in these years, I have made great financial gains, lived in two countries and advance don't career.
Around February I kind of forgot about Zoloft. I simply stopped taking my 50mg dose and continued mirtazapine (cannot sleep well without it). Around 2 months later I started having more anxiety, blood pressure went up and resting heart rate as well. Chest pain, weird things like cooling limbs, feeling hot in the mean time.
Today I had a big daddy blow up of a panic attack I believe. Started as stomach burning like acid, grew to some anxiety and before I knew it high blood pressure, pulse and chest pain. It was scary. I also notice weird feeling in my frontal brain when moving my eyes.
I think I made a mistake dumping Zoloft cold turkey. I basically don't feel depressed at all, it is just my body causing physical issues.
I have read about 10 percent tapering method and am wondering if someone here who is anxious by nature quit Zoloft and managed to stay away from it.
