how long you wait until you realize your date isn't coming

So I met a lady at the grocery store and after a short conversation I decided to ask her out to smoothies. Fast forward to date time and I'm sitting here for almost 30 min and have not heard from her. So my question is how long would you wait until you realize your date isn't coming? Also do you try and call?
