Fans

I never hear my fans ramp up in speed. Everything I search for on YouTube has the opposite problem where the fans are too loud but I never hear my fans increasing speed. I even went into the BIOS and did full speed fans and nothing changed. I'm looking into this because I'm having a problem with my Ryzen 7 5700x overheating.
