How to Keep Tab Groups Collapsed When Opening Chrome?

I'm looking for a way to have Chrome always open with my tab groups collapsed, instead of expanded. I wonder if anyone here has any tips, tricks, or extension recommendations that could help achieve this.

I've already looked through Chrome's settings and searched for extensions in the Chrome Web Store, but haven't found a direct solution that meets this specific need.
