So, simply, mixing a strong Lewis acid and strong Bronsted acid results in a superacid

I read on wikipedia that we can mix strong Lewis acid and strong Bronsted acid to make superacids, in fact, magic acid (HSO3F.SbF5), fluoroantimonic acid (HF(conc).SbF5) works like that.

So, does that mean I can create random superacids by mixing stuffs?
And also, does mixing a strong Lewis base and a strong Bronsted base result in a superbase?
