Where to buy a house

Have the option of being able to afford a good sized house in Aranui or all the way out in Rolleston.

Aranui looks great for being closer to the beach, house is very close to the Bexley Park so huge open area for nature.

Rolleston gives us a chance to build our own house but will make us far from the city and in-between cookie cutter houses.

We love nature and ocean but want to make sure we can insight on the decision. We don’t have kids but hobbies which means we need a bigger house for just the two of us.

Edit: One of us works in the city which the other one works in Pebbletown in Selwyn. So looking for something that can be either in between or closer to one workplace.
