Hello! I just wanted to ask kung okay ba kumuha ng unit sa Micara Estates Tanza? Nag tatry kasi ako mag research sa facebook and wala ako masyadong makitang agents na nag aadvertise. Mostly ng nakikita ko is for rent ng around 9k-10k. I like it kasi 3bedrooms siya and we're planning to make the 1st floor bedroom an office. For context: We have three dogs, 2 cats and apat kami sa family.

If hindi siya okay can you recommend a good subdivision around Tanza. We need 2-3 bedrooms sana and okay thru pagibig financing. Thank you!!
