Anyone who has worked sales at Incredible Connection, HiFi Corp, or any other commission-based tech sales job, I need tips

I'll get straight to the point. I'm new in a tech sales position, and surrounded on all sides by people who know 100x more than me. They get sales in their SLEEP. I like money, and the only way I will be able to afford things is to get better at selling what's in the store, so that my potential customers dont get swiped as soon as they come in the door by someone who's been there longer and knows more. That is something only someone who knows more than me can explain. So please, sales reps, go off in the comments on how I can improve.
