Move from Mississauga to Burlington.

I am currently located in Streetsville, Mississauga and planning to move to Burlington ( and buy a house after selling my current one) . I like the newer construction like Alton village and its proximity to big parks and green spaces. That is one of motivation for move.

Me and my wife work in Toronto and from 2022 -would need to go-to office physically twice a week. We have a little one who goes to daycare.

It used to take me ~ 40 mins to reach union ( pre covid era) station via Streetsville go but that only runs for limited time in morning and evening. It is not difficult to find parking at go station.

I am on fence on the additional time it will take for commute to office which may start feeling like a pain.

Anyone on similar boat who made the move/can share their opinion and experiences.

Also in general would appreciate anyone sharing office commute experience to union station from Burlington.
