Help me pick a card!

Can you guys help me decide between a 5070Ti and a 5080? I’m gonna be mostly playing competitive shooters, and I need high and consistent frames. I can’t be having frame drops when I’m in the middle of a fight. I’m gonna be playing 1080p rn, but soon 1440p and maybe 4k.

Right now, the cheapest model of the 5070Ti that actually restocks online is $900. And the cheapest 5080 is $1200.
