How to pick the right RAM?

I know it should be DDR5 and be 6400Mhz. But they also have different “timings”.. like there’s a Corsair DDR5 C32, Corsair DDR5 C36, etc. How do I know which one to get? And also some say “for AMD and intel” and some don’t. I have an MSI B650 Gaming Plus Wifi mobo.
