Will this computer build run Windows 11?

This is meant to be a REALLY cheap computer, built only so i could occasionally rip DVD's & CD's, run DBAN, & test if my OS USB Sticks Work, or any other small side tasks i might need a computer to do. But I need to know if, ask constructed, it'll run Windows 11?
