Does he look healthy?

Hello everyone, (also I am getting rid of the dowel rod)

This is Grogu, I rescued him, I believe he’s a year old based on his band. He’s finally settling in with me and allowing me to pet him.

Just wondering if he looks in good health? I’ve never owned a budgie before so I’m not sure what’s the norm other than what I’ve googled of course.

In general he chirps, whistles and does little dances so I believe he is happy, my only issue really is getting him to eat fruits and veggies, he’ll only eat seed at the moment! Any advice is welcomed :)
