BPC 157 and TB 500

Hello I recently went to the doctor for back pain that I’ve had for about 3 years now I am 19 years old and got an MRI and the doctor said I have a herniated disc and I have shooting pain down my leg would BPC 157 and TB 500 solve my problem and take the pain away completely?
