Has anyone actually noticed a meaningful culture change at Boeing under the new leadership?

There’s been a lot of fluff in the media about a shift in culture at Boeing, but I’m curious—have any employees actually seen real improvements over the last six months?

I understand that change takes time, especially in a company this large, and experiences may vary depending on your department or role. But is there genuine progress, or is this just corporate PR? Would love to hear from those on the inside.
