How many benzodiazepines do you take?

I personally take 2mg bromazolam in the morning and 2mg at night when i’m using but I also take months off for tolerance breaks.

Do you guys every take breaks? Do you fast taper or slow taper? What’s your daily dose and how is that dose working for you? Do you foresee the need to increase it in the near future and if so how long does 1 dose last before it needs to be increased? And finally how do you combat kindling? Is it possible that RCs can be much worse for kindling, tolerance, and long term effects?

I personally do not regret using benzos as they have greatly improved my life, it took a bit to get my dosing solid and to learn how to control the drug but now it helps a ton and I don’t plan to ever quit regardless of the long term effects, it’s so cheap and I love how it makes me as a person.

Sorry for yapping I just have a lot of questions and want to learn from as many people as possible that are also taking the drug to see how to best utilize it in the future, and if it’s ever going to be worth quitting or not.
