Headache for morning workout
I (28F) keep experiencing severe headaches after working out in the morning. I do HIIT classes at my local gym. When I workout at night 5.30-6pm I don’t experience this at all. I feel almost hungover, I have a headache and am tired by mid afternoon I’ll have a nap too. I’ve tried increasing my water intake before and after the workout and the headaches aren’t quite so bad but I still feel tired. I’m wondering if I need supplements or electrolytes after the workout? Wondering if anyone has experienced this before and found any solutions?
