Long Term Hypopigmented Spots from SkinStation Axilight and Diode Laser

I first availed SkinStation’s Axilight and Diode Laser in 2018 as part of a promo. I don’t remember exactly how many sessions I had, but in total, I underwent around 20 sessions combined. My goal was permanent hair removal and underarm whitening, and in terms of those results, the treatments worked.

However, I was left with long-term hypopigmentation in both of my underarms. I distinctly remember an aesthetician telling me that the treatments were "working" because of the hypopigmentation, but in reality, these were just damaged skin.

I’m not sure which of the two procedures—Axilight or diode laser—caused this, or if it was a combination of both. Unfortunately, I wasn’t warned about this possibility beforehand.
