Disconnects and no xp

Hi guys, my game disconnects me from any server when I spawn in a tank/horse/plane. Another problem I am facing is being unable to get xp for classes. Kills don't add up either.... I see some people had the same issues during the years, any fix?

I am playing on the PS5 btw.
