Is the $5.95 sale online as well?

So basically the title, I was in store yesterday and saw the 5.95 sale but couldn't finalise on something. But now I am tempted to buy online, and the 20% flash sale is also there. The problem is I cant see the 5.95 sale on the website, is it only for in-store purchases?
