Rising 3L here, what classes would you recommend be taken to help give me a head start on bar prep?

With one year left and having a job locked down so long as I pass the bar and the economy doesn't totally implode in the next 15 months I'm turning my attention to bar prep. I know evidence is a big one and I'll be taking it this fall, but what classes should I pick up for the spring that would be helpful? I do still plan to be thorough in completing my bar prep course, but figure it'd be helpful for me to not be seeing some of the material on it for the first time next May.
