seasonal changes affect activity?

I’m a bit of an ameteur here so I apologize if this is a silly question. do changes in the season affect the activity or behavior of bp?

more specifically: it’s winter here and my cleo hasn’t been active like at all. even if temp is same is this normal due to wintertime
