How do you describe how your brain works?
I believe it is a common trait among neurodivergent people to almost view the brain as a separate part of you that you don't always control. I believe mine is like riding a particularly fractious horse: sometimes I give it orders and it goes along fine in the direction I asked. Sometimes I give it orders and it goes as if to follow and then gets distracted by a bush it really wants to eat from, and I have to shout and dig my heels in and saw on the reins to get it to go where I want. And some days it just decides to go off in whatever direction it chooses at full speed, and on those days I just have to cling on for dear life and hope I don't get thrown off. How do other people view their brain, or at least the part they have less control of?
