“Always has to be doing something that’s fun”

I watched a documentary a few years back, I’m not entirely sure what it was about but it focused on a family. The son was autistic and always had to be doing something that was “fun” which might have been listening to music, watching a film, playing a video game or something they enjoyed to escape boredom and I could not relate any more to the son.

Can anyone relate?
