Quiet but Nice Table for 10

Looking for a nice restaurant in downtown area for an ELT meeting but we are needing it to have a quiet area if possible. I’ve looked into renting a room at some, like Fixe, but their rate is high and we are a non profit so my budget does have a cap. Restaurants with Private room without a minimum is a plus! TY for any recs!
