Kohi Fish and Chips - Melanesia Road

I went to Kohi Fish and Chips yesterday on Melanesia Road, and I have to say, it was a great experience. I paid $37 for three crumbed snapper, two lots of chips, two potato fritters (but they actually gave us four), one pineapple fritter, and one squid ring. It was a really good deal.

The crumbed snapper was amazing—super fresh, huge pieces, and the crumb was perfectly crispy. The chips were some of the best I’ve had from a fish and chip shop. They were crunchy and salty on the outside while staying soft and fluffy inside. I was also pretty chuffed about getting extra potato fritters. It just felt like great value for money.

I've been going to this fish and chip shop off and on for about two years, and I think they've recently changed owners. I can seriously say it’s for the better. The quality has definitely improved, and I’ll be back for sure.
