What are your genuine criticisms/worries about Shadows based on what we've seen/read?

Now, I don't 'just' want to hear from those of us who have already decided against buying Shadows. What are some things that have you genuinely worried about this game, or are really turning you off from considering purchasing it?

By genuine, it's sort of a catch-all to mean 'not rooted in potentially offensive subject matter like religion, gender or race'.
