Why did Cuban-americans blended so well?
Let me explain: unlike other Latino communities, it seems that the Cuban community in the USA is "more assimilated" to the country, in the sense that (for example) they have many leaders in positions of power, (Marco Rubio, Ted Cruz, hell..even dra Polo) , and usually no one talks about them when it comes to immigration issues. (Wow, in many cases they even have the same racial prejudices that Anglo-Americans have) on the contrary, the Mexican community (for example) is more discriminated against and there are many prejudices against them. My question is, why did Cuban-Americans manage to "blend" better into American society unlike other groups of Latinos?
