My girlfriend's experience playing apex

Shes a brand new player, hasent ever touched a shooter before. i made her a brand new ps account so she could give it a try since she loves watching me play. on her first game after orientation matches the champ squad was 3 masters. wtf. brand new account, level 2, 0kd, 3 masters. im a master, and my ranked lobbies are easier than her pubs lobbies. shes played 6 games, she got 3 kills, and she hasent wanted to play in the last 2 weeks again. im not new, but i know lobbies should not be like that. my pubs lobbies look exactly like hers, im guessing cus she won her orientation match or something? not asking for opinions pinions just wanted a place to complain that the devs can see
