Discussion on productized services/subscription model for agencies
I think we need to discuss about the newer agency models now. The elephant in the room AKA the productized services. The usual suspects are ofc pay on a monthly basis, submit unlimited tasks, get unlimited revisions, pause cancel anytime. Pretty good word plays for sales. Without a solid system in place, close to real manufacturing factories, sounds pretty chaotic to me.
High risk high reward model or low risk high reward model? Open to all thoughts.
