Where can I find a good accountant?

Problem/Goal: To look for an accountant that I can consult with regarding this issue

Problem cont.: My dad opened a Mister Donut franchise under my name back when I was younger (Around early-mid 20's during...2016-17)

Context: The business closed down and my dad thought that was the end of it but in BIR it was still open fast forward to present day apparently I owe BIR some money because when I updated my TIN for work. I've been working in corporate almost all my life and I'm losing my mind because I didn't know all this.

Outcome: Hoping I can somehow resolved this case because my heart is so heavy and my dad also has a gambling problem and is unreliable right now tbh this is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to parental issues and my head is spinning as well as my chest is heavy just typing this. I think I'm having a panic attack haha.

Previous attempts: Told my dad to handle it but all he got me was a certificate from Mister Donut confirming that franchise was closed during 2017 and hasn't been operating for quite some time.
