Exercise routines worthy of sticking to?
Hey fam, I need help. I've never related to another group of humans as much as with you all so I know this is the right place!
Over my life, I've had ups and downs in exercise and weight loss. My peak physical health was reached at 29, but was only possible with a serious obsession with working out and counting calories -- a borderline problematic obsession. (Though you know everyone was like "ooh you look so good!" Thanks, Karen, I've been starving and running for hours every day.)
Has anyone found any good exercise routines or resources that they manage to stick to? Bonus points if it is easy to start/understand. Preferably with a focus on strength. I don't care about being skinny, I want to be healthy and capable and live a long (albeit weird) life. Help a fellow space cadet out! <3
