Poor streaming quality

Hello all, looking for any advice on streaming live music to a small number of users (between 1 and 20 at a time).

I do live guided meditations and so it's particularly important that the music isn't choppy or distorted as it's quite jarring for the user. I advise everyone to make sure they have a decent quality connection and are plugged in by network cable preferably but still at least 25% of the users complain that it was choppy at times or "pixellated".

I've already enabled stereo and original quality on my side which is all I think I can do. While I host the meeting on Zoom, is there some other service I can get users to log in to at the same time to receive the guided meditation part that will be better? I feel like it doesn't need to be low latency immediate and it might be better if there was some setting for the user to have a receive buffer but Zoom doesn't support this that I could see.
