Does it really matter anymore who killed ____?
Let's first think about all of the possibilities.
- Tai killed Lottie, because she wanted to save Van.
- Shauna killed Lottie, because Lottie was being a bad influence for Callie.
- Callie killed Lottie, because she's just as crazy as her mother.
- Walter killed Lottie to then blame Shauna, because he wants to turn Misty against the group.
- Melissa killed Lottie, because whatever.
- Akilah, who survived, killed Lottie, because Lottie drugged her and made her go crazy in the wilderness.
At the end of the day, this murder mystery has been dragging on for what, 4 episodes now? It's too long. It's too many options. We all already accepted the fact that Lottie died in the least dramatic death scene in tv history. We're over it.
Young Lottie only got more crazy and horrible in the episodes since then, so I care even less about her adult death. Whoever did it: good job, thank you for your service. But I want this storyline to be over now. Whatever the outcome is, it won't change a single thing about how we as a viewer think about any of the characters. We already know they're all capable of murdering each other. It's not going to be like »WAIT WHAT? SHAUNA KILLED LOTTIE? OH MY FUCKING GOD, I NEVER THOUGHT SHE COULD DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT.«.. It'll be like »ok.«.
