People get mean in the nightmare dungeon

I went into team up for the nightmare dungeon last night and every single person dipped as soon as i said ive never done it before. I kinda understand what to do from watching videos but they didn’t even stay to try and explain or help. It was kind of a shock because in every other situation people were so nice and willing to help but here I either get abandoned or berated for asking a question
